Wildlife Forever State Fish Art Contest
Young artists are invited to create an illustration of their state fish and a written composition on its behavior, habitat, and efforts to conserve it. Entries will be judged in four grade categories: K-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12. (Essay not required for K-3 students.)
Each contestant will receive a certificate of participation. The State Fish Art Project culminates with a national art contest for children across the U.S. Winners from each grade category will be chosen from each state, along with national winners.
