Now through June 22, 2019 Target has 2 cartwheel offers for Bunch O Balloons. One for the 40% off the Rotten Eggs ones (note you can just buy the balloons and not use the smell packet) and 50% off the water warfare pack. These don't go on sale that often.
If you are not familiar with Bunch O Balloons they are pretty neat in that they are self closing so you don't have to try each one. Plus you can fill up 100 at a time!
