The website does not say this is cancelled. I do not think this is in a kit though so I don't think you can just pick it up.
Saturday March 14, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. JCPenney's is hosting a free kids craft event where the kids will make either a magical unicorn or knight door hanger.
All material will be provided for free by JCPenney and parents will receive a 10% coupon to use that day in the store.
